Collaborative remote design
We work primarily through a digital-first design process, using screen-sharing and virtual meetings to keep your project moving forward in real-time. This saves you the time and hassle of travel, while allowing us to iterate on your design with clarity and speed. When the project requires a physical touchpoint, we are available to meet at your home, your builder’s office, or our studio for essential, high-value discussions.

We work remotely and run lean, which means you’re not paying for fancy office space or layers of admin. You get the same level of technical expertise and service you'd expect from a larger studio, but at a better value.
Permit-ready plans
We collaborate closely with builders to ensure our designs are practical, code-compliant, and ready for permit, reducing delays and costly surprises during construction

With 20 years of specialized experience, Kevin provides expert leadership for custom residential design projects. Kevin manages the evolution of a project from feasibility to final concept, ensuring that design integrity is maintained through every stage of development.
