Multiplexes

This new 4-plex in Toronto's East York neighbourhood provides private entries to each of the suites while maximizing the usable floor area for each unit.  The overall square footage is 4000 sq. ft.. The use of subtle curved walls softens the buildings massing while fiber cement paneling and standing seam siding elevate the exterior styling. This fourplex would be a welcome addition to any neighbourhood. 

This future 8-plex in Toronto's East York neighbourhood. This project replaces and existing 1-storey dwelling on a corner lot and takes advantage of new by-laws allowing for greater density within existing neighbourhoods. Finish materials include, buff brick and smooth fiber cement paneling.
